  2. Get away from the sun. If you think that finding shade may be hard to come by, or if you think that there probably will not be too many shady spots available, bring your own! Bring a beach umbrella, shaded beach tent, or some sort of equipment that provides shade. Be sure that you use equipment that provides enough ventilation.
